  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a user-centric and data-driven approach. Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement monetization strategies by diving into player behavior, engagement data, and market trends
  • Own the revenue performance of your game(s) or area(s), ensuring alignment with strategic growth goals
  • Find opportunities and lead actions to drive balanced revenue growth, whether tweaking pricing, refining offers, or optimizing player journeys
  • Collaborate with Product and Game Economy teams to define the best ways to monetize different player segments
  • Act as the primary resource for providing mentorship on monetization, responding to inquiries from team members and collaborators with assurance
  • Plan and implement high-impact monetization events (such as special sales or limited-time offers) and use A/B testing to make informed, data-backed decisions
  • Configure in-game events and drive improvements in Live Ops tools to simplify workflows and increase impact
  • Lead projects that improve data visibility and player insights, then share findings across the studio to level up everyone’s game
  • Stay ahead by analyzing industry trends and benchmarking standard methodologies in Live Ops
