ModLab Coordinator

Position Overview

The ModLab Coordinator will work across the entire ModLab team, supporting the different pillars within Mod Experiences, Merch, and Editorial. This role involves close collaboration with pillar leads to ensure the smooth execution of internal projects and initiatives, as well as external collaborations with agencies and moderators for successful outcomes for moderators.

Responsibilities

Ownership of Mod Merch:

• Plan, fulfill, and manage Mod Merch, including serving as the main point of contact with the external Mod Merch vendor.
• Budget and track merch across key mod markets.
• Establish templated workflows to support the increased number of Mod Events (both digital and in-person).
• Serve as the intermediary between moderators and admins to provide support for moderator inquiries.
• Brainstorm merch ideas (digital and physical).

Assist Mod Events:

• Research, procure, and book venues and vendors needed for mod events both domestically and abroad.
• Provide support for events leads for seamless execution and offer on-site support if needed or if event volume increases.

Mod Outreach:

• Facilitate communications with moderators to engage with experiences, AMAs, or editorial programs.
• Identify individual moderators or mod teams suitable for ModLab programs or initiatives.
• Support the execution of AMAs.

Support Across ModLab Initiatives:

• Provide cross-functional support across all pillars within ModLab to ensure the successful execution of programs.
• Offer operational support and streamlining across the entire ModLab team to ensure successful and efficient execution. This support will enable program leads to focus on strategic commitments and long-term planning.
