Responsibilities

The Mobility Specialist will provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance services, monitor and control products for immigration compliance, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include establishing in-house immigration services to boost revenue and satisfaction, analyzing and submitting visa/work permit applications, and staying updated on immigration law changes. The role also involves handling escalations, guiding stakeholders to resolutions, advising on business travel and sponsorship cases, managing case statuses using systems, and applying immigration knowledge to complex client cases.
