Responsibilities

The Mobile Device Engineer will implement and optimize Omnissa policies and configurations for Android, iOS, and Windows devices in retail, warehouse, and corporate settings, enforcing OS version controls and ensuring application compatibility. They will design and deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application management, enabling zero-touch onboarding and integrating with JIRA, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint security tools. The role involves automating reporting, compliance, and drift repair, supporting scripting, certificate management, and Wi-Fi/VPN profile deployment, and addressing bandwidth-sensitive deployment scenarios. Additionally, the engineer will document and transfer operational knowledge, serving as an escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and platform limitations.
