  • Bearbeitung von Kündigungen, Widerrufen, Vertragsumzügen und Neueinzügen
  • Erstellen, Prüfen und Versenden von Rechnungen sowie Einleiten von Zahlungen (z. B. Rückerstattungen)
  • Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzial und Beteiligung an der Umsetzung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen aus der Marktkommunikation
