Responsibilities

The Specialized Instruction Educator will provide remote special education support to students, including compensatory education services as needed. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized lesson plans focused on reading and writing skills, creating and managing IEPs, and providing case management. The educator will collaborate with families to schedule and tailor services, conduct screenings, monitor progress, and assess outcomes. Additionally, they will educate families on supportive learning strategies and maintain accurate session documentation.
