Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Operations, ideally within F&B, FMCG, or a technology-led business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
  • Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; able to handle multiple accounts and priorities at once
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; Looker experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-sized restaurant partners
  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with restaurant owners and managers through consistent communication and on-the-ground visits, ensuring operational excellence and long-term growth
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, growth levers, and operational inefficiencies, translating insights into clear action plans
  • Lead partner performance reviews and implement initiatives that drive higher order volume, basket size, and customer satisfaction
  • Support commercial discussions such as renewals, pricing adjustments, and limited exclusivity agreements, collaborating with senior Account Managers when needed
  • Onboard new sites of your existing portfolio, promote Deliveroo’s new products and features, and ensure partners get the most value from the platform
