Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in German (professional proficiency required); Dutch is a plus. They should have 3-4+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, with an average deal size of $75K-$150K in the last 2 years and a sales track record exceeding individual quota of at least $1m USD. Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise stakeholders, including VP and C-level personas, is also required. Furthermore, the candidate should be comfortable demonstrating a sales methodology such as MEDDPIC, GAP, SPIN, or Force Management.

Responsibilities

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, the role involves actively prospecting new business opportunities within the DACH region, documenting and tracking client interactions using Salesforce, collaborating with various teams (SDRs, Sales Engineers, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Experience), leading sales presentations and product demonstrations, executing on a GTM plan for the DACH MM region, and traveling regularly within the DACH region to meet with clients.
