Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment, ideally in a high-growth environment. Experience managing 60-120 day sales cycles with deal sizes between $20K-$150K ARR is required. A proven ability to land new logos and expand relationships through consultative, value-driven sales, strong business acumen, and comfort with modern RevOps tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Gong, and LinkedIn Navigator are essential. Construction or adjacent industry experience is a strong plus. Candidates should be resilient, resourceful, highly organized, solution-oriented, a natural hunter, collaborative, coachable, and a challenger of the status quo.

Responsibilities

The Mid-Market Account Executive will prospect and engage with mid-market construction firms, driving sales cycles from initial outreach through close. They will develop expertise in Bridgit Bench and communicate its business value to stakeholders, execute strategic account plans to win new business, and manage multi-threaded sales cycles using methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or BANT. Responsibilities also include delivering accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, partnering with internal teams to drive revenue, and contributing to team learning by sharing market insights.
