Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS or B2B software industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage a sales cycle and build relationships with clients. Experience with MEDDPICC methodology is preferred.
The Mid Market Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by exceeding quarterly sales quotas, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, generating a healthy sales pipeline, conducting customer discovery to identify business needs, developing product champions, demonstrating product expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal closures. They will also contribute to company growth and support Envoy’s workplace software adoption across mid-sized companies.
