A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas is essential, along with experience in helping prospects build a business case for executive sponsorship. Familiarity with value-based selling, legal, security, and procurement processes is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a thoughtful sales process, and the ability to build strong customer relationships are necessary. Candidates should be organized, self-motivated, and have knowledge of editorial processes as a plus.
The Mid-market Account Executive will develop a deep understanding of users and their motivations for exploring Writer. They will act as a trusted product specialist, educating users on how to maximize value from Writer, and guide prospects through the evaluation process. The role involves generating pipeline from ideal customer profile accounts through value-driven outbounding and leading prospects through trials by establishing clear success criteria. They will also collect and share product insights to enhance user education and assist champions in navigating internal budgeting, legal, security, and procurement processes.
