The Territory Sales Manager will lead a team of digital sellers to exceed sales goals and critical metrics across the North American territory, focusing on the Digital Media portfolio. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team, fostering a collaborative environment, and instilling Adobe values. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, pitching relevant product benefits, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Units, and Corporate Retention teams to source sales or retention campaigns and analyze data to drive performance.
