Requirements

  • University bachelor's degree or above, in medicine, pharmacy, economics management, marketing, or related majors
  • Over 3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/medical devices or business, with some tendering experience
  • Familiarity with regional commercial company operations; preference for experience in foreign companies or pharmaceutical commercial companies
  • Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and serious work attitude
  • Strong communication skills, organized, clear and agile thinking
  • Strong internal horizontal and vertical departmental communication and coordination abilities

Responsibilities

  • Keenly collect industry policies, market information, and business dynamics; timely provide company with policy, tender, and other relevant data to support valuable regional business development plans
  • Evaluate, select, and manage regional distributors; build a distribution network aligned with company strategy and regional development to support the company
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with regional customers to establish sustainable business partnerships
  • Accurately predict and assess potential risks from policies, finance, etc., and develop executable response plans
  • Improve regional commercial customer sales network, establish good cooperation with commercial customers, provide accurate analysis reports, and offer rational operational suggestions to distributors
  • Accurately convey company information and policies to regional distributors
  • Utilize distributor resources and networks to assist sales team in developing new markets and customers, supporting in-market business growth
  • Collaborate with regional customers to support company in tendering, secondary pricing, GPO, and other market access processes
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with internal departments (e.g., finance, supply chain, compliance), provide accurate market forecasts, ensure smooth channels, sufficient supply, and legal compliance in customer cooperation
  • Manage commercial customer files, sales contracts, and agreements
  • Manage and maintain/update distributor qualifications
  • Sign annual distributor agreements and manage authorized regions
  • Regularly hold tripartite communication meetings with business, medical representatives, and distributors for market sales analysis, promotion strategy formulation, and implementation follow-up
  • Conduct compliance training for distributors
  • Organize relevant departments to provide product knowledge training to distributors to enhance product understanding, recognition, and promotion capabilities
  • Follow up on daily orders and collections, reduce accounts receivable risks, and drive distributors to meet quarterly/annual commercial and collection targets
  • Monthly urge distributors to complete procurement forecasts, orders, sales reporting, and inventory checks
  • Ensure reasonable distributor inventory and coordinate supply to hospitals and terminals
  • Follow up on distributor-reported product damage complaints and implement compensation
