The ideal candidate should possess 10+ years of experience in the technology sector, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role, and a proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L. Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications are also required, alongside excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and an analytical mindset with strong decision-making abilities.
As the Mexico Revenue Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for the Mexico market, conducting in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, devising strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales, managing the sales pipeline, building strong client relationships, ensuring effective brand positioning, recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales and business development team, implementing performance metrics, and identifying process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
