Responsibilities

The Merchant Application Specialist will provide support to the Merchant Operations team with a high attention to detail, research and analyze findings, document findings, ensure all necessary documentation for merchant application is complete before submission to GPI, facilitate communications and information transfer between partner and external payment processor, manage and report escalations for both partners and third parties, follow a range of internal processes and use multiple systems to ensure successful partner onboarding, meet with partners to assist in the activation of their products, respond to partner inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, and ensure internal and external documentation is up to date.
