Position Overview

The Managed Services Specialist is a key member of the Managed Services team, responsible for the intake, processing, and execution of Managed Services deliverables. This role collaborates closely with Performance Management Design/Creative, SEO, and DigAd teams to ensure the complete deployment of strategies on behalf of Dealer Inspire’s dealer and OEM partners. We are seeking individuals with digital marketing experience who are eager to join a dynamic team, contribute their expertise, and continuously learn. This is an exciting and growing business offering opportunities to develop strategic and cohesive marketing campaigns for clients, working alongside other marketing specialists and designers to create custom solutions for client websites and other digital marketing assets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Performance Managers and Managed Services Coordinators in the execution of Managed Services deliverables for Dealer Inspire’s dealer and OEM partners.
  • Manage and qualify a queue of incoming managed services requests.
  • Review submitted requests and provide feedback to requesters if information is missing or incomplete to ensure timely execution.
  • Edit submissions from Performance Managers and Clients before forwarding to the Design team to ensure accurate and complete requests.
  • Coordinate with Design, SEO, DigAd, and compliance teams to review requests and deliver complete and effective connected marketing strategies.
  • Review and Quality Assurance (QA) copy and images for all Managed Services page builds before forwarding to the client for review.
  • Monitor the progress of Managed Services requests against expected Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Become a subject matter expert for the Dealer Inspire (DI) platform in executing marketing services strategies.
  • Partner with management to identify efficiency and process improvements.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
