Clear understanding of merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols
Ability to review and maintain the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards
Knowledge of BEST (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, and thanking the member) procedures, including cross-checking merchandise to register receipts and verifying high dollar value items
Ability to audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery according to company procedures
Understanding of repack awareness guidelines for inspecting known repack articles
Ability to monitor member and visitor traffic entering and exiting the club
Knowledge of Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) response procedures
Ability to maintain high standards of safety for members and team members
Ability to inspect team members', members', and vendors' bags, backpacks, briefcases, and lunch boxes as they leave the building

Responsibilities
Deliver superior member service, including greeting, assisting, and thanking all members in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
Resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner and escalate issues to management when necessary
Follow BEST procedures, record register receipt discrepancies, and notify frontline to rectify situations immediately
Ensure execution of repack awareness guidelines by inspecting known repack articles
Respond to EAS alarms according to established procedures
Monitor entrance and exit activity, including member and visitor traffic
Perform merchandise protection procedures
Provide superior customer service to members
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, and escalate concerns as appropriate
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Work as a team to achieve goals, deliver GOLD club standards daily (Grand opening look, clean and organized), and maintain club standards inside and out
