Responsibilities
Perform merchandise protection procedures and monitor entrance and exit activity
Provide superior customer service to members, including greeting, assisting, and thanking members in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
Resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner and escalate issues to management when necessary
Review and maintain the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards
Follow BEST procedures (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, and thanking the member), including cross-checking merchandise to member register receipts and verifying high dollar value items
Record register receipt discrepancies and notify front line to immediately rectify the situation
Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery according to company procedures
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact and resolve/deescalate member concerns
Commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and GOLD club standards daily
Work as a team to achieve goals and deliver grand opening look daily (clean and organized)
