  • Skills in developing, communicating, and implementing processes by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; analyzing information; monitoring progress; and addressing improvements
  • Ability to demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with ethics, integrity, policies, and procedures, including using Open Door Policy and correcting issues

Responsibilities

  • Assist management with supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals/feedback, training on processes/procedures, providing direction/guidance on member service, ensuring policy compliance, supporting Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates
  • Communicate and support membership by providing information on types/programs/benefits, processing memberships/upgrades/credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales/marketing events, maintaining documentation, meeting membership goals, and promoting Sam's Club products/services
  • Provide and ensure member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service technology, handling transactions at registers/self-checkout, and filling club pick up orders
  • Oversee assigned area by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, organizing carts/flatbeds, assisting with item transport, utilizing cart retrieval equipment per policies, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
  • Complete accounting records, files, transactions, and documentation by following procedures, providing register funds, creating/interpreting financial reports, assisting investigations, preparing deposits/Cash Fund Transfers, investigating overages/shortages, and maintaining confidentiality/accuracy
  • Develop, communicate, and implement processes/practices to meet business needs by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing information, monitoring progress/results, and identifying/addressing improvements
  • Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity by explaining/guiding/demonstrating application, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and assisting management with corrections
  • Lead and participate in teams by using/sharing resources/tools, determining customer/business needs/priorities, coordinating/executing assignments, providing advice/feedback/support for timelines/quality, and modeling adaptation to change/challenges
