Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferably) in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a marketing role with emphasis on performance marketing and growth marketing and hands-on exposure to paid social, search, display, or affiliate channels
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute beyond your immediate scope of responsibility
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to leverage data and think critically about marketing decisions
Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results clearly to a variety of audiences
Hybrid role requiring Tuesday through Thursday in-office at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA (Monday and Friday remote)
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across vendor partnership channels to acquire new BJ’s members
Support day-to-day campaign execution, including creative trafficking, and budget optimization
Collaborate to manage our offer strategy roadmap and marketing calendar, working with the acquisition team to ensure a consistent strategy and thinking across all channels
Monitor and analyze performance data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA), membership signup volume, and post-acquisition engagement
Partner with Analytics and Finance to ensure that campaigns are on track to reach targets
Identify and test new digital vendor partners, platforms, and tools to expand and diversify media mix for acquisition channels
Support the development of offers, messaging, and creative strategies to drive stronger acquisition results, including successful targeting of younger, higher value prospect households
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Legal to ensure campaigns are on brand, compliant, and effective
Support broader acquisition initiatives and special projects as needed including competitive research
