  • Value Proposition Communication: Champion the value proposition of the product, ensuring that the unique benefits and differentiators are communicated effectively to healthcare providers (HCPs).
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Product Adoption: Drive product adoption within the territory.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly assess and adjust plans as needed, utilizing relevant data and resources.
  • Understanding Healthcare Dynamics: Understand patient disease states, therapeutic options, and Lilly resources, processes, policies, and procedures.
