Position Overview

This role involves regular client visits, VIP engagement, product introductions, territory management, financial administration, product strategy implementation, and continuous learning of product knowledge and sales techniques. The goal is to drive business growth within a designated territory.


Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Client Engagement

  • Daily Visits: Ensure 4.5 days of regular visits per week.
  • Call Volume: Achieve a minimum of 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.
  • Client Coverage: Maintain correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level clients.

VIP Engagement

  • Monthly VIP Visits: Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital personnel (e.g., President, Head of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Committee members, key opinion leaders) within the assigned territory to gain maximum support.

Product Promotion

  • Product Introduction Meetings: Conduct at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance physician understanding of products.

Performance & Territory Management

  • Performance Planning: Develop monthly plans for the assigned territory based on company targets and track progress weekly to achieve objectives.
  • Territory Planning: Strategically plan and regularly update customer department information within the assigned territory.
  • Business Expansion: Focus on granular cultivation and expansion of business within the territory.

Financial Management

  • Budgeting: Propose market activity expense pre-applications based on the budget provided by the Regional Manager.
  • Expense Reporting: Submit expense reports to the District Manager (DM) within 3 weeks of incurring expenses, after approval.

Product Management & Development

  • Product Strategy: Develop monthly product development plans and key product development plans, especially for new products, in alignment with marketing strategies and specific territory conditions.

Knowledge & Skill Development

  • Product Knowledge: Participate in weekly product knowledge sessions and periodic exams, which will be used for performance evaluation.
  • Sales Techniques: Effectively apply learned sales techniques in the field to improve the efficiency of effective visits.

Work Hours & Availability

  • Field Work: Ensure 8 hours of effective visiting work within the territory daily.
  • Availability: Be reachable between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, maintaining phone accessibility (communication costs are subsidized by the company).
