Position Overview

This role is responsible for achieving sales targets within a designated territory through effective customer engagement, product promotion, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Daily Visits:
  • Ensure 4.5 days of normal visiting time per week.
  • Achieve a minimum of 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.
  • Maintain correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level clients.
• VIP Visits:
  • Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital leaders (President, Head of Pharmacy Department, Pharmacy Committee members, key discipline leaders) within the assigned territory to gain maximum support.
• Product Introduction Meetings:
  • Organize at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance doctor's understanding of products.
• Performance Development:
  • Plan for the assigned territory at the beginning of each month based on company targets.
  • Track progress weekly to achieve personal goals.
• Territory Management:
  • Strategically plan and manage hospitals within the assigned territory.
  • Regularly update customer department information within the territory.
  • Expand business in the territory with a focus on meticulous cultivation.
• Financial Management:
  • Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the budget provided by the Regional Manager and market conditions at the beginning of each month.
  • Expenditure is subject to Regional Manager approval.
  • Submit expenses to the DM within 3 weeks of occurrence.
• Product Management:
  • Develop monthly product development plans and key product development plans, especially for new products, based on strategies from company marketing department product managers and specific conditions of the fixed territory.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Participate in product knowledge sessions during weekly meetings.
  • Undergo regular product knowledge tests, which will be used for performance evaluation.
• Business Skills:
  • Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of effective visits.
