Requirements

  • 1+ years of Excel experience in a professional and/or academic setting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Responsibilities

  • Support local market network teams on implementation and administration of Value Based Contracting (VBC) agreements
  • Ensure proactive tracking and facilitation of meeting VBC agreement incentive payment commitments throughout the contract life cycle
  • Work with scorecards and reconciliation payment requests and reporting to support incentive payments on these deals
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of markets and deals, collaborating with negotiators, Network managers, and Value Based partners to meet contractual commitments, administer incentive payments, and assist in pre-deal evaluation and recommendations
  • Participate in enhancement projects and process improvements
  • Analyze Value Based arrangements across lines of business to support appropriate pricing and to help provider partners achieve improved outcomes for members
  • Partner with a wide range of business units across the enterprise, including other Finance areas and Contract Negotiators
