Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience, primarily in Meta Ads, a proven track record in campaign optimization and performance reporting, and be comfortable working with tools like ClickUp, Excel, and (ideally) Google Analytics. They should also be autonomous, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through, and aligned with US Central Time with a minimum of 5-6 hours overlap required. Familiarity with Klaviyo and e-commerce email flows, as well as experience extracting and analyzing data via tools like Looker, Supermetrics, or other dashboards, is considered a nice to have, along with an understanding of creative asset performance and optimization.

Responsibilities

The Media Buyer will execute and optimize paid media campaigns, primarily on Meta and with some activity on Google, monitor performance and extract insights from dashboards and reports, analyze creative performance and campaign patterns to inform decisions, provide detailed reports and performance summaries for internal use, and collaborate with team leads and founders to implement feedback and meet deadlines.
