Requirements

Candidates should possess any graduation degree and have 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Reporting & Governance, specifically in Reporting Analytics. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel formulas and dashboard creation skills, is essential. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and basic VBA Macro automation is required. Familiarity with processes in Finance & Accounting, Marketing Operations, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain is beneficial. Strong communication, organization, facilitation, collaboration, and adaptability skills are necessary, along with experience in a matrixed organization and virtual teaming.

Responsibilities

The Measurement & Report Senior Analyst will prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time. They will create and design new dashboards and reports as needed, and deliver ad hoc reports. Responsibilities include finding trends in data, identifying anomalies, providing data insights to stakeholders, and automating reports to reduce manual effort. The role involves connecting with stakeholders to drive governance around performance metrics and potentially managing a team to drive performance.
