  • Current university student, preferably with less than one-two years to graduate

Responsibilities

  • Lead organizations through assessment, design, transition, or work process improvements, or work directly with a function
  • Work on meaningful projects in areas such as employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development
  • Work on at least one or two big projects with business responsibilities from Day 1
