Open to both voluntary and required internship (if voluntary, must have 12 units or less)
Able to commit to full-time internship (3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day)
Able to commit to potential onsite requirement up to 4x per week in Cabuyao, Laguna if assigned there
Current university student, preferably with less than one-two years to graduate
Top talent displaying strong partnership, analytical skills, and problem-solving or solutions-oriented mindset
Experience working with groups through formal or informal leadership positions
Driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to deliver strong results
Confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds, and experiences
Able to use analytical ability to derive insights from data for business or organizational decisions
Strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow professionally
Takes initiative and shows flexibility
Legally eligible to work in the Philippines
Responsibilities
Lead organizations through assessment, design, transition, or work process improvements, or work directly with a function
Work on meaningful projects in areas such as employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development
Work on at least one or two big projects with business responsibilities from Day 1
