The Marketing Virtual Assistant will plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, design workflows and automations in CRM software, maintain and update customer and campaign data using Excel, track and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed reports, and collaborate with the team to develop strategies for customer engagement. Additionally, the role involves assisting with marketing-related tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
