Responsibilities

  • Assume full ownership of Divisional Leads Processing (after training) until an automated solution is in place
  • Ensure technical performance of approximately 250 divisional marketing journeys in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Build requested monitoring tools for journey and audience delivery, validate segment counts, and create QC Operational Reports to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
  • Track daily batch evaluation execution times and support the continued optimization of email and multi-channel campaigns
  • Aid in the transition to an upgraded AEP environment and assist with platform technical issues, including data ingestion, journey builds, and segment builds
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of data ingestion processes and maintain data integrity across marketing operations
  • Work closely with the team member from India and other customers to ensure alignment and effective task completion
