Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA an asset)
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience, ideally within travel, hospitality, luxury goods, or a related industry
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing programs, sales enablement initiatives, or partner-facing communications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Outside Sales Team by developing content and collateral for trade events, conferences, advisor-facing presentations, and other ad-hoc requests
  • Develop and execute an effective B2B email marketing program that includes segmentation strategy, content development, asset deployment, and performance tracking
  • Produce high-quality written content for advisor newsletters, partner updates, and internal communications that highlight new products, offers, and brand initiatives
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of the Agent Webinar program, partnering with internal teams to increase engagement, enhance content quality, and drive qualified leads from the advisor community
  • Analyze B2B program performance including advisor email metrics, webinar attendance, and asset utilization. Provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns
  • Contribute to the development, execution, and continuous improvement of key elements of Kensington’s brand and lines of business across physical collateral, digital media, content, initiatives, and campaigns
  • Assist in planning and scheduling content for social channels, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, destination trends, and promotional campaigns
  • Support the development and execution of consumer-facing webinars, virtual events, and live sessions, including content preparation, presenter support, and post-event marketing
  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and maintain organized workflows for recurring programs and cross-functional projects
  • Create clear and actionable briefs for small and large-scale marketing campaigns, including insight generation, defining market opportunities, establishing campaign objectives and KPIs, outlining target audiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Partner with internal marketing teams on paid media, creative development, campaign planning, and messaging alignment to optimize performance
  • Support the integration of marketing activities with co-op partners as necessary
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Creative, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless and timely execution of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain project management discipline across multiple programs, ensuring efficient tracking, communication, and delivery of key milestones
