Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills are essential, along with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal professionals at all levels, including management and C-level executives. The role requires a demonstrated understanding of time-sensitive projects, the ability to work under pressure, and the capability to independently solve complex problems with limited oversight. Candidates should also have the ability to enhance presentation aesthetics, develop coherent stories from initial ideas, and be willing to work overtime, including weekends, as required. A meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality standards, strong curiosity about content, and the skill to ask perceptive questions are also necessary.
The Senior Associate will be responsible for the development, editing, and production of sales enablement materials, including proposals, sales presentations, and collateral across various practice areas. They will create and curate high-quality proposals adhering to firm standards, and collaborate with firm leadership to edit, proofread, and enhance additional content. This role involves evaluating draft proposals, refining them through improved storytelling, formatting, and branding compliance, and providing exemplary support to business development pursuit teams by synthesizing research and creating proposal materials, including RFP responses. The associate will also employ advanced analytics to optimize proposals and content, act as a key contact understanding the firm's value proposition, and oversee and update the proposal library.
