Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
  • Previous Lab experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5 years); equivalency of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience may be considered
  • Strong understanding of laboratory equipment, technologies, and processes
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple RFIs simultaneously
  • Ability to develop and adhere to timelines and deadlines
  • Market awareness - Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in the laboratory field
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance

Responsibilities

  • Creates compelling, client-ready text, data, and graphics that effectively address client requests and best position the company as the top choice for client award
  • Liaises with subject matter experts to establish project-specific (therapeutic, client, system etc.) context, gather feedback, and refine content
  • Evaluates information and final deliverables to ensure response meets client's request and follows up with contributors as needed
  • Analyzes documents created across team to ensure a quality standard and compliance with best practices
  • Assists in development of library content, developing and maintaining strategic library text, as well as data repositories, that can be used for client responses
  • Participates in creation and maintenance of internal intranet pages housing RFI resources and provides technical support on tools used for deliverable development
  • Creates and reviews compelling responses to client requests for information (RFIs) and works with the proposals team in compliance with established best practices
  • Prepares and reviews text, graphics and data that describe value-added differentiators, creating documents that accurately and consistently position the organization’s services, products, and expertise as the optimal choice for project award
  • Manages and delivers advanced RFIs specific to laboratory services (clinical trial central lab services, bioanalytical, GMP, vaccine and biomarker laboratory), ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and tailored to client requirements
