Requirements

Candidates must possess a University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience coordinating sales and marketing events within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is mandatory. Essential skills include strong organizational and project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and fluency in Spanish and English. Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/finance systems is highly valued, and experience in Digital Marketing is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the hands-on coordination and logistical oversight of scientific meetings, congresses, and internal events in Spain and Portugal. This role involves ensuring alignment with the annual Marketing Plan through collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and the BU Director, managing contracts with external parties and SAFs in Coupa, and handling administrative coordination with scientific associations and HCPs. Responsibilities also include overseeing participant logistics such as travel, catering, and accommodations, supporting sales teams with local events, managing promotional materials, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking A&P investments. The coordinator will maintain accurate records and documentation, acting as a role model for Ferring’s values and compliance standards.
