Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager, ideally within a marketing or digitally-focused environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage project plans, timelines, and budgets are essential. Familiarity with project management tools like Productive is preferred.
The Marketing Project Manager will manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking detailed notes, collaborate with Campaign Managers to define client deliverables and develop project plans, provide regular project updates and track progress against milestones, ensure monthly deliverables are met on time and within budget, identify and mitigate project risks, implement client feedback to improve processes, and maintain accurate time tracking and follow up with team members.
