We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our EMEA Growth Marketing team. This role is integral to our Marketing Operations Centre of Excellence, providing support for campaign and field marketers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will be the operational engine behind our regional marketing success, managing everything from campaign execution and segmentation to reporting and database health.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming operations requests via the internal ticketing system, partnering with campaign and field marketing teams for timely execution.
  • Build and launch emails, landing pages, registration workflows (e.g., CrowdCasts, Splash pages, Knak), and follow-ups using Marketo.
  • Own and maintain the EMEA email calendar, collaborating with teams to optimize timing, prioritization, and segmentation strategy.
  • Collaborate with field and campaign marketers to define target audiences, build segmentation lists, and ensure strong campaign performance.
  • Track and report on campaign performance (email metrics, marketable database trends) and present insights to regional stakeholders.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) and internal governance practices.
  • Act as an operational consultant to regional teams, championing best practices and finding solutions for campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing roles within a B2B or tech environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert strongly preferred or willingness to become certified).
  • Hands-on experience with Knak, Splash, Zoom, or similar campaign tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, 6sense, and segmentation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ticket-based workflow.
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude, comfortable being a go-to resource for campaign execution and operational troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
