Customer.io is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for building systems, solving complex problems, and scaling our go-to-market engine. You will be at the forefront of connecting tools, automating processes, and making data accessible across the organization. Working closely with our Growth and RevOps teams, you'll operationalize campaigns, manage integrations, and optimize our tech stack for speed and reliability. Your contributions will directly impact how we acquire, engage, and retain customers through automation, data integrity, and efficient tool utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Build Robust No-Code Automations: Design and implement multi-step automations for core marketing and sales workflows using tools like Customer.io, Salesforce Flows, and N8n. Ensure automations are scalable and incorporate logic branching, API calls, retries, and error handling for reliable operations.
  • Tech Stack Administration: Maintain seamless functionality across all platforms to ensure optimal data flow and accessibility. This includes building new processes and troubleshooting errors in tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Customer.io, Snowflake, Google Analytics, Airtable, Zapier, and N8n.
  • New Tool Integration: Lead the implementation and integration of new platforms into our tech stack. Connect systems via APIs, map data fields, and configure sync logic for seamless data flow.
  • Data Analytics and Data Integrity: Uphold data integrity through rigorous data analysis and auditing practices. Implement and refine processes and integrations to enhance overall marketing operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Multiple Teams: Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and other marketing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
