Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, and a strong understanding of marketing technology stacks. Technical instincts, a builder’s mindset, and a passion for operational excellence are also required, as is the ability to leverage tools like Customer.io, Salesforce Flows, and N8n. Familiarity with AI and its application to operational tasks is a desirable qualification.
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will build robust no-code automations to power core marketing and sales workflows, administer the tech stack to ensure seamless functionality, lead the implementation and integration of new platforms, maintain rigorous data analysis and auditing practices, and collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives. You will also regularly use AI to support your technical work and write lightweight scripts for operational tasks.
