Requirements

  • Experience building marketing automation programs
  • Experience using a CRM and Marketing Automation Platform
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Basic understanding of webhooks, integrations, and APIs
  • Experience using Excel
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Building scalable marketing programs, including but not limited to emails, nurtures, webinars, events, direct mail, forms, and content syndication automations
  • Collaborating with a global team (demand generation, product marketing, content, customer marketing, channel partner, and design team) on projects
  • Baking email best practices into your builds
  • Optimizing and building data hygiene, compliance, segmentation, and operational automations
  • Analyzing and sharing insights on campaign performance, database growth, email metrics, and lead funnel
  • Assisting the MarOps team with implementing new technology for the marketing team and documenting processes
  • Supporting the MarOps team in delivering training on marketing tools, reports, and data while helping to drive adoption of SOPs, systems, and tools
  • Executing tasks on time and error-free
  • Keeping task statuses updated and communication flowing on task tickets
