Proven expertise in designing and implementing strategies for improving marketing operational excellence and maximizing the impact of marketing teams is required. Additionally, candidates must have experience managing marketing tools, platforms, and technologies.
The Marketing Operations Manager will partner with marketing leadership to drive operational excellence across all marketing departments and enhance collaboration with other teams. They will support marketing leadership in shaping the department's roadmap and oversee execution efficiency. The role involves planning, building, and maintaining a robust marketing operations framework for seamless execution and resource allocation. The manager will integrate the OKR framework into marketing operations, implement and optimize tools and platforms, and collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align strategies with product launches and business goals. They will also drive process improvements, automation, and innovative problem-solving to streamline operations and act as a key contact for stakeholders, providing guidance and managing escalations.
