Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, timelines, and objectives, build, test, and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, prioritize, track, and document campaign request updates via project management software (Jira), optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks, resolve roadblocks and issues as needed to meet campaign goals, and identify and recommend improvements based on campaign performance insights.
