Requirements

  • Advanced experience with CRM technology; specifically Braze, Chief’s primary customer engagement platform
  • Working knowledge of Braze and Salesforce. Knowledge of Segment and Metabase a nice to have
  • Demonstrated success driving customer engagement and acquisition using triggered or automated campaigns, webhooks, canvases, liquid logic, dynamic/personalized content and audience segmentation
  • Expertise in email, SMS, push notifications & in-app messaging best practices
  • Comfortable solutioning & advising on net new marketing use cases within Braze
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-velocity environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Chief omni-channel communications strategy, operations and campaign execution including email, SMS, push and in-app messaging, to grow awareness, nurture prospects, and drive a highly engaging member experience through marketing, transactional, and operational communications
  • Serve as the subject matter expert of customer engagement platform (Braze); own platform governance (such as new domains, channel expansion, preference center, etc) and oversee deliverability and health of all domains
  • Champion data hygiene and strategy within Braze; work closely with the Data team to build audience segmentation, enhance data hygiene, maintain efficient data workflows, and monitor and troubleshoot as needed
  • Identify, build and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data to launch new features and enhance existing functionalities within Braze, such as API triggered campaigns
  • Oversee technical troubleshooting issues with internal teams to maintain positive member experience
  • Oversee a direct report that owns execution of omni-channel Chief communications, working to train team on Braze features & oversee QA
