Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in consultancy, agency, or complex corporate environments
  • Proven ability to design and manage multi-channel, cross-functional marketing programs end-to-end
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and understanding of its core areas: paid media, SEO, CRM, content, social, data-driven strategy
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills and previous experience managing or coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project leadership capabilities
  • Preferred: Experience in the banking or financial services sector

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of complex, cross-disciplinary marketing programs for enterprise clients
  • Oversee integrated strategies across digital marketing, brand positioning, content, paid media, and customer engagement
  • Manage C-level and senior stakeholder relationships, translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans
  • Coordinate and guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across strategy, content, media, design, and tech
  • Analyze performance metrics and market insights to inform ongoing optimization and strategic decision-making
  • Ensure strategic coherence across all marketing touchpoints and contribute to long-term growth initiatives
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations
