Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 20+ in-person and virtual events annually
  • Own logistics, vendor relations, budgets, and ROI analysis
  • Operate the San Francisco AI Research Lab event space: own the calendar, manage logistics, and ensure a welcoming, well-run venue for partner, customer, and community events
  • Bring external partners, user groups, and local tech communities into the lab; program and host at least two high-impact events per month
  • Collaborate with Video and Community teams to extend event reach
