Candidates should have over 7 years of marketing experience with a strong background in content creation and strategy. They must have experience building marketing strategies from 0 to 1 and possess excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Familiarity with tech and coding is important, as candidates should be comfortable discussing technical concepts such as AI trends and GPUs. The ability to work in-person in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is also required.
The Marketing Lead will own the structure, tone, and copy of the company's website to clearly communicate the value proposition to all key stakeholders. They will work closely with the sales team to produce effective pitch decks and other sales support assets. The role involves building a system to identify and target key customer segments and leading content initiatives, including case studies and thought leadership pieces. The Marketing Lead will optimize distribution across key channels and manage the email lifecycle system while analyzing results to enhance engagement. They will also communicate product updates, stay informed on competitor products and market trends, and identify and manage contractors or agencies to enhance content creation.
