Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing or a writing-related role at a high-growth startup. Attention to detail and strong writing and editing skills are essential. A creative thinker who can effortlessly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences is required, along with a high-level understanding of bitcoin, the Lightning Network, and Lightning Labs products. An eagerness to try new things and be energized by creative challenges is also necessary.
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for all product and content marketing activities at Lightning Labs. They will design go-to-market strategies and craft compelling stories around products. Responsibilities include developing value propositions, narratives, and positioning that translate product capabilities into solutions, working cross-functionally to understand the product roadmap, driving blog development, creating compelling content to drive awareness, and supporting funnel growth activities. The Marketing Lead will also collaborate with the Business Development team to develop educational materials to drive customer acquisition.
