The Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager will be instrumental in connecting marketing teams with data and technical expertise, ensuring a clear and actionable understanding of marketing performance across all channels and campaigns. This role is crucial for driving the strategic development and implementation of data-driven marketing tactics, optimizing performance, and aligning digital marketing strategies with Fullscript's overarching business goals. You will provide critical insights into customer behavior, marketing funnels, and identify opportunities to enhance Fullscript's marketing efforts in alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Continuously analyze data across marketing channels, campaigns, and tactics to understand performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform marketing decisions.
  • Funnel & Performance Insights:
    • Deliver comprehensive funnel analysis, offering clear insights into lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement to enhance marketing performance and drive business growth.
  • Data-Driven Strategy:
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for all data-driven requests, extracting valuable insights from Fullscript’s data.
    • Present findings to internal teams to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborative Marketing Optimization:
    • Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to prioritize data requests.
    • Ensure marketing strategies are continuously optimized to meet business objectives.
  • Functional Requirements Development:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create, analyze, and validate business requirements.
    • Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for clear communication with technical teams.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B/B2C growth marketing.
    • Experience within healthcare, SaaS, or similar sectors is highly preferred.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in digital marketing data with hands-on experience in platforms such as Google Analytics, Iterable, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools like Looker Studio, Tableau.
    • Experience with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills:
    • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate data insights in an accessible manner to marketing teams and senior leadership.
  • Collaboration:
    • Proven experience collaborating with internal and external partners to drive marketing performance.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in the health and wellness or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with the customer journey in health and wellness, particularly for healthcare providers and patients.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve results.
  • Knowledge of lead management frameworks.
