Responsibilities

  • Lead content marketing efforts: own and manage content calendar, produce high-impact blogs, white-papers, case studies, and customer stories aligned with business objectives; collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content that drives traffic, generates leads, and strengthens brand voice; craft quality content yourself with a sharp, critical eye
  • Master SEO and organic growth: implement SEO strategies to elevate search visibility and ranking, using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs to track performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Orchestrate email campaigns: create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships with prospects and customers, driving engagement and conversions at every stage of the funnel
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement: own social media management, craft and execute strategies across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and more to amplify presence and resonate with HR leaders and business decision-makers
  • Influence paid advertising success: manage ad copy and creative for paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and more; experiment with messaging, formats, and targeting to optimize performance and deliver quality conversions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with company goals; impact pipeline growth and customer acquisition through digital channels, community building, and field marketing for a cohesive approach
