Responsibilities

  • Build and coordinate GTM plans for seasonal drops and capsules
  • Plan the marketing budget according to ROI
  • Execute campaign deliverables with creative teams
  • Manage distribution of press releases and external media coverage
  • Plan and optimize promotional campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Plan marketing strategies for Hypebeast physical events
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand sales channels to increase sales and awareness
  • Create and manage seeding programs, influencer outreach
  • Leverage the Hypebeast ecosystem for business development opportunities
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver sales/marketing reports with actionable insights
  • Track marketing spend, optimize use of budget, and report ROI
  • Partner with HBX e-commerce team to maximize launch visibility, traffic, and conversion
  • Collaborate with Hypebeast editorial teams for content placement and exposure
  • Coordinate with the Hypebeast project team on collaboration and physical events opportunities
