  • B.A./B.S. degree
  • Business-level fluency in German, including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hard-working, self-starter, willing to achieve a high volume of activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona
  • Positive, effective phone skills, including excellent listening, presentation, and objection handling, as well as strong writing skills
  • Strong desire to win and a deep motivation to build a successful sales career
  • Able to prioritise and reprioritise tasks based on the evolving demands of a fast-paced environment
  • Willing and able to learn new technologies
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, MS-Office, Web-conferencing)
  • Be a team player with the highest level of integrity

Responsibilities

  • Contact, educate, and qualify inbound prospective customers in order to generate qualified sales opportunities for German-speaking markets
  • Leverage all available tools and resources, including email, telephone, web conferencing, webinars, and in-person events, to effectively engage prospects
  • Develop sales acumen: Master the fundamentals of prospecting, discovery, and lead qualification processes
  • Consistently track, meet and exceed target
  • Learn how Starburst technology addresses the technical and business challenges of enterprises
  • Collaborate with your assigned Account Executive(s) to create sales opportunities in their assigned territory
