Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in marketing communications
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in developing compelling, audience-specific communication strategies
- Exceptional writing skills with versatility across formats and platforms
- Business acumen and curiosity to understand and communicate complex topics
- Ability to translate feedback and ideas into actionable content
- Experience guiding teams and subject matter experts on messaging and strategy
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights for decision-making
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for the Global Water team with creative services, advocating for their needs and priorities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing communication plans aligned with business goals
- Manage creative projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to service level agreements
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all communication channels
- Produce and oversee marketing assets including brochures, presentations, videos, digital content, and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment and strategic clarity
- Provide regular updates, performance metrics, and insights to stakeholders
- Offer strategic counsel on messaging, digital marketing, and content development
