Requirements

  • 7+ years in lifecycle or product marketing, ideally in B2C fintech or other behavioral-change industries
  • Proven track record of launching impactful marketing & brand campaigns that achieved large-scale growth
  • Demonstrated success in building brand equity through PR, organic, and social media
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing: journeys, triggers, experiments, personalization, segmentation
  • Data-driven mindset — ability to interpret data using SQL or similar tools and translate insights into action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to take complex concepts and distill them into digestible, relatable, and easy-to-understand writing
  • Experience managing large, multi-channel initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • A collaborative builder who takes initiative, influences across functions, and leads with both creativity and executional rigor

Responsibilities

  • Grow Brand Presence: Manage Aven’s earned and owned media strategy, amplifying key launches and milestones to expand reach and awareness
  • Lead Lifecycle Marketing: Design and manage omnichannel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app, etc.) to guide customers through the entire lifecycle from lead acquisition to reactivation
  • Drive Content Production: Oversee content across all touchpoints — blog, website, social, events, UGCs — ensuring consistent, high-quality storytelling
  • Execute Field Activations: Plan and execute a calendar of high-impact activations that build brand presence and deepen relationships with target accounts
  • Develop Compelling Messaging: Create clear, differentiated positioning and narratives that connect customer needs to Aven’s products
  • Drive Product GTM: Build and own launch strategies for new products, features, and campaigns — defining audience, timing, and channels
  • Act as Voice of the Customer: Leverage data and research to uncover insights that shape marketing strategy, inform product development, and drive product adoption
